Join us aboard Journeyman our Cal 40 as we focus on heavy weather sailing techniques.

-Reefing

-Boat Balance

-Heavy air tacks and jibes

-Preventers

-Furling

-Helmsmanship upwind and downwind

-Weather forecasting

This event is weather permitting and upon payment of the deposit candidates will be informed as heavy weather is forecast.

Sailing experience is a must for this course. We will be sailing in 15 to 30+ knots of wind and all crew will need to help in the sailing of the boat.

$200 each with a 4 student crew
