All vessels and their associated liferafts offer limited attendance, and many of our Passages/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled Passage/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student/Crew Member. You may contact us via email to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 30-days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Passage/Class/Booking. However, if you do not cancel with at least a 30-day notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Any alteration or offer of a concession to this cancellation policy will be on a case-by-case basis, and at our sole discretion.

Rescheduling Procedure

Requests to reschedule bookings for an alternate day or time must be submitted via email to griffinbaymarine@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. GBA will work with the customer to reschedule to the next available and convenient date. Reschedule requests submitted within 72 hours of the GBA’s captain and crew's scheduled start time may not be granted.

All rescheduling requests are subject to a $300 fee.

GBA reserves the right to refuse any reschedule requests not submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter start time.

Lay days are half price for deliveries over 3 days and are only for waiting for repairs and weather. Any repairs made by captains are $250 an hour in addition to the day rate.
